Big Al's has the AC 70 for $19.99 right now, different box, and doesn't have the bio media. Still a steal. Having bought 6 of them I can tell ya it's hard to beat.

That is crazy cheep. I have the same problem as guyle. I'm in bodunk small town in East Texas and one real small fish store in town that charges 70 for a ac 70 or pet smart 45 mile round trip that is still tooooo high.
I bought it!!! A ac 70 for under 20 bucks!!!!! bought one just no for a tank that I'm picking up in a few weeks. Thanks for the tip.

Even if you by a single shot of bio for $5 it's a steal. I think they're great filters, plus you can customize what you run.
