I bought a bunch of stuff from them including fish. All 24 of the fish died on arrival or within a day. They refused to answer any emails regarding the problem even though I sent them pics of the fish DOA. Horrible customer service and I wouldn't trust them.
This site is pretty well known as THE worst site for plants and fish on the internet. Its basically a big scam for your money.
I get my plants from users on Aquatic Plant Central forum. Havent been disappointed yet. It is nice to be able to ask questions about the plants, trade, tell them how much you want, add plants on to an order, etc. Much easier than a website and you can figure out with that person when you want the plants to be shipped. The only websites I've bought plants from are Live Aquaria (messed up my order but very healthy plants and still have them. refunded my money without needing proof of a wrong order) and Planted Aquariums Central. Sent me healthy plants and even added in an extra plant for free. Plants are doing great and came in perfect shape. I would recommend buying from users though.
