There is a tab at the top of the screen that says marketplace. Click there and you will be in the buy and sell section. Once there go to the individual vendors in the vendor section. SOmeone usually has them for sure.
As for the oscars being kept in a 10 gal aquarium=Stunting and usually hith as well other wise known as hole in the head. Thats really the only fish we have here that is even close to monster besides plecos. I feel your pain cause South Dakota is our neighbor state and they don't really have crap either lol. When I get one again I will just buy from one of the vendors on here. Shipping will probably be $60 or so to over night the fish or do AP to AP shipping. I have done this many times from many different vendors. Best thing ever to get in the mail is a monster catfish lol. $60-$100 is a very small amount to pay for shipping this fish since it will eat that much in food every few months as an adult lol.
