When I ordered a retic from TDF, it came in with fish lice. We just moved the ray to a 360 gallon tank today, and he is doing well now, but I would be very careful about buying rays from that place in the future. The plants I ordered from there, however, were in exceptional condition, and all was priced very reasonably. 
I would check with some of the members on here and post a "wanted" ad here in the classified section, if you were looking for a nice small ray at a good price.
If you want the best rays available, H20 custom aquatics is it- period. It will cost you, but it is easily worth every penny.
