where to find a festae?

good thread I've encountered this issue. Once my big tank comes together I'll get a bunch of these.
Was referring to the diference between the umbee purchased from cichlid connection and those from freshwaterpredator. Of course the fish on the left looks much too young in that photo and might have also been also been washed out at the time, but the quality difference is obvious...
The umbees in both pictures are almost the same size. (Between 4.5" and 5.5"). Pictures were taken with the same camera (htc evo), and using the same lighting (marineland reef capable LED). Substrate was white sand on both tanks. Gage's umbee had been in there for weeks, feeding on NLS, but the Umbee from freshwaterpredators had been in there for less than 6 hours when I took the pic - so if anything, he is the one stressed and washed out from shipping.
Genes make all the difference.

Ur right he doesn't look that good. But when u sell 1000s of umbees u r bound to have a few that don't look as good as others that's the gamble anybody takes when buying small fish,and I don't breed any fish in ponds they are all breed in green houses so I know exactly what they are I never lie! Even if the other person doesn't like what I say lol! But very sorry for u not getting a top notch Umbee from me many many people have! But again sorry!
