Here is my male...I havent measured but id guess in the 11-12" range...hard to tell.



The female is probably 9-10"

this thread has really inspired me to start looking harder for some festae. i have been searching but have been coming up short in the toronto area.

Its red on the snout becasue they had been lip locking like crazy...after they spawn and before the eggs hatch or right when they hatch they do that....they flair real real nice and lip lock...thats where there colors get most intense.
