I don't think Petsmart carry that type of Cichlid. Usually privately owned pet stores sell them.

petsmart here in Gainesville, FL carries jags. I bet petsmart contracts through only a few distributors (if even more than one), and they could order some jags for you if you asked.
same goes for any LFS in your area, I'm sure they can special order some, if they know there is some kind of demand.

All the Petsmarts in my area have always carried jags, can't remember a time when they were out of them.

Oopsie, I just did a quick AquaBid check when I posted that info. Looks like his WW list is more extensive than the AquaBid. Last time I used him, I got five 2.5" Midas shipped to AZ for a whopping $12.00 shipping charges via USPS next day - great deal. Not guaranteed live delivery, but worth a small gamble when you consider he's a fraction of the price of most other shippers. Small fish ship so much nicer than the bigguns.
Looking over that list, I'm tempted to get a few Freddies if my LFS doen't come through on a mota for me...

Petsmarts fish orders are not hand made, and special orders can not be placed. There's a huge book of fish the store could POTENTIALLY have, but none of it will ever come in (I've been asking for albino african knives forever!). I believe jags are also supposed to always be in stock...they're not one of the monthly unique fish. In our store they're all less than an inch long, and are in a tank with convicts...most employees can't tell them apart sadly.
managuense are way too common to pay for shipping, find one locally. Just about any of your LFS could order them for you for $10 or less.
