Don't bother with cons, you'll never be able to sell them. Also, rams are tricky to raise the fry. I've had several spawns, but none of the fry survived. I would suggest kirbs, at my lfs the "krib" tank is usually empty meaning there is probably a high demand for them in my area. I'm not sure about yours, but you could always ask your lfs manager and see what fish he would buy off you.

I'm assuming its his 15g-20g that he mentioned in his poll in the general aquaria. The 3 breeding pairs are a part of the poll.

I have no experience with dwarf pikes, I recommend you get you info from the crencichla section.
