Difference is, there is no "old accounts" of Big Foot" which appears more like a urban myth. While Mokele Mbembe, whatever it is is very popular there. It could be anything. The sauropod theory is just the most famous one. It could also be a very large softshell turtle

I like to keep an open mind I would love to know for sure what is out there.

Anything could live there. What makes it so interesting is, that in that area lived relative "small" Sauropods.

Yehey! Finally, someone mentioned this one! I myself want it to be true. A small sauropod like a Rebacchisaurid? I just hope they don't die of inbreeding already. There is another one about the theropod in Africa eating a rhino, what's the name of that one? There is a sketch way before they were familiar of most theropod shapes.

Yeah the size fits the description. Being close to Tendaguru...I just hope they're still there, living fossils like the coelecanth. Heck, some basal sauropods are still around even when the Titanosaurs are already roaming Gondwana.
