Which fish do you DREAD netting out? Which ones do you not mind?

Otocinlus are little missiles when they see the net, and they hide in the corners where the net can't get in easily.
My betta will swim into a cup if there is food in there. It's incredibly easy!

i thought it was the 'giant danios' i used as cycling. I had 30 in there , got 9 out and the rest were named FOOD. My baby Silver Aro took care of them. He was 4" and two months later he's 7" .

After catching hundreds of plecos, the best way to move em is simply to grab their skull on the sides.

My worst would either be small clown loaches in a planted tank with rocks.

Or maybe a FW butterfly fish, they won't hesitate to launch themselves on the floor.

yup. i would never net my beautiful BN, but grabbing his cheeks hurts my fingers lol. hes got unusually large cheek spines.

i would also never net a pictus or raphael cat.

i dreaded removing my wild caught tilapias today men these little fellas where quick and my convicts to
my oscars do shower me ALOT when i net them but catching them is pretty easy

for me a small albino plec was my easiest considering i caught the fella with an algae scrubber

but in general myst say goldfish are the easiest

probably my gar(not a true gar nut some unidentified fish that looks like a gar) because he is fast, bites and he always jumps out.

my Female Convict if she isnt flying around the tank like a torpedo she is attacking my hand and the net!! She is a little B$@#H lol but i love her haha

my pacus bite at me when netted and my 12" male oscar puts up quite the fight. my plecos are actually pretty easy in the net once you can get them. (pond net) just takes a little untangling to get them out. my koi on the other hand seem to fight it and are all pretty small for a 4800g pond so I usually go swimming to get them.

Moving the puffer into his 38gallon was a pita. You can't lift the little buggers out of the water or they'll blow up with air. I spent an hour chasing that little sob with a net and a tubberware container and that was after I gave up trying with the decor and all the water in the tank lol. They jump a lot too apparently. Couldn't imagine having to move any of his larger cousins. The mollies are the easiest, they know food comes from the heavens and the minute they see the top open all four are crowded together at the surface waiting for me to net them muahahahaha
