which fishing boat would you choose?

Ok guys, I've been saving some money for quite a while to buy my own fishing boat.
I really like trolling for pike with a boat,and all of last years most succesvol fishing trips where with a boat.
It will also make fishing a lot easier,my state has more connected waterways then roads so every hotspot would become more accessible.
I'f been looking around for a while now for boats.
And these 2 Boats are both within my budget and I am able to pick them up tommorow I'f I wanted to.
I only need you guys helping me choose which one is the best.

First option:



Size:
3.5meters (11' and 5.79) by 1.5m(4'and 11)
Pros: It's a boat designed for fishing,and the trolling motor from the picture is included.

Second:



Size:
3.3 meters(10' and 10) by 1.7(5 and 7).
Pros: really like the appereance of this boat,has a lockable box in the backseet,is cheaper then option 1.
Cons: Boat is slightly damaged on the inside,needs to get fixed.

What would you guys choose based on the pics and the information?

first one all day IMO, a little bigger, less things to fix right off the bat, and the trolling motor is included. when it comes to boat repairs you never know how much it'll cost you and by the time u get a new trolling motor and fix everything up you'll probably have spent more than option A, good luck either way!

Looks like with the first one you can get on the water day 1. You never know what repairs might cost if more damage is found on option 2, plus you gotta buy the motor. Option 1 for sure...

Thnx for your advice guys,will probably visit boat A in a couple of days.
Last time I almost bought a boat online that didn't even match with the pictures,it was really in a horrible state.

how long will the battery last on that trolling motor if you are motoring around all day?

4-5hours.
Went to see the boat yesterday,it's just a year old and in perfect condition.
I really want to buy it but I'm facing some unexpected problems.
I called the place where I wanted to store my boat yesterday and all places are taken.
called some other local boat storages and they are all full.
There are 2options left that are close to my house but it will take 2-3weeks before they know I'f they can store my boat this summer.
But I'f everything goes well,I am going to pick up this boat this weekend.

You dont have space to store an eleven foot boat?

I do wish they made boats like that around here. In that size range you are pretty much limited to just flat bottom jon boats. A boat like either one of the boats you have posted would be perfect for going around the sound and bays around here. Hell on a calm day I wouldnt even think twice about dragging them to the beach and taking them out in the Gulf and doing a bit of trolling.
