It would vary since it depends on diet,tank size,water condition,temp,how much you feed,waterchange. IME I would say Endli but I'm not 100% sure since My 1st Ornate's growth was abit slow since I started it off in a 10g and I didn't feed it the same diet that I feed it now. Might get a baby Ornate and grow it out in my 100g.

in my experience, all my baby endlis grew faster than ornates.
i fed both a diet of silversides one day, shrimp on another, and occasionally ( meaning once or twice a week) pellets.
these pellets included hikari sinking carnivore, sinking cichlid gold, and broken up pieces of NLS [ new life spectrum] mega fish formula.

ornates do grow faster but after around 17, they stay some what stable and growth rate is about 2 inches every year, but endli's i think they are giants and grow upto 30 inches in around 5 years. Whats your take on this

I found the ultimate food for bichirs. I don't feed my bichirs varied diet anymore. Saves me some money.

Doesn't cloud my water too! Look at my Ansorgii after 2 weeks. both pictures are 12" ansorgii.

I feed it everyday. It isn't derailing since its still related to growth.

@ the op, consider using tilapia to feed them.
it really is super food for bichirs.
