I feed frozen Tilapia fillet-defrost them and cut em up.

I am going to freeze it first just to make sure that if there is any parasites it will die. Cant have my fish getting sick now.

Freezing does not eliminate parasites.. its only slows the activity.. so if u really want parasite free.. cook it.. but y the trouble.. these fish are built to tackle these issues from the beggining.. jus trust the fish..make sure u dun re-freeze ur fillets.. feed the right amount..
