Which GT do you grow out?

I think they are both males. Are they stressed? they look like they have stress bars from the pictures. Ive always been a fan of gold.

My params are good and there are no in-tank-wars!

I thought those two vertical bars were natural?!

The verticle bars are usually a sign of stress if they are usually barely noticible if at all and stress can lead to disease and health problems. I would get a background for the tank this will help to make the gt more confortable. Adding some more territories will help and breaking up the lines of sight with plants etc will also help to calm these guys down and make them less stressed. someone please correct me if I am wrong.

I'd keep the Gold

Stress bars??? not on GT's my friend.Never seen them in 10 years of raising these fish.

Well, the white looks like his fins are blue while the gold is the normal orange nice color... I dont know man just close your eyes and swoop.

my bad I have seen these fish with the same type of striping when they were stressed thought it was a possibility thank you for correcting me.

Nice G.T.s are so hard to find around here i would raise both of these fish the same way,so that you can have 2 really nice adult G.T.s!!!
