Which is better?

I have a 100 gal and I want to knoe which would work better a Aquatop hang on pfe-6 w/surface skimmer or a aquaclear 110?

no experience with either, but I've used aquaclear powerheads for year with no problems. I'd go aquaclear.

Ac100 is a great filter very quiet and very food flow. Ive tried alot of hob filters over the years its definatly my fav.

Im not 100% shure but I think you need at least 6"-7" I can measure mine when i get home if you like and let you know for shure
