Which is the most aggressive SA/CA cichlid in your experience/opinion?

On the flip side, every convict I've own has been total bit**es. Always runnin up to get knocced out!!
 
my dovii wasnt the meanest he was just huge and size matters but i had a petsmart special fish that was a terror in the tank he killed everything that would cross his path he looked alot like a red devil
 
i have a jag and a clown knife in a 150 with 4 red hook silver dollars and 4 convicts.
i thought the jag is bad ass but the cons got there baby's last knight and now the jag doesn't even look in the cons direction.cons with baby's are really ferocious
 
If you talk about pure aggressiveness...it all comes in varieties. But average, the dovii will come on top. But if your looking at a beat down, the butti will pretty much beat them all pound for pound and size for size.
 
i have 1 jag, 1 dovii, 1 orange pike, and 1 jack dempsy all in a tank together all are fairly good sized (6+ to 12"),but not yet full grown. and i have not really had much aggression in any of them i only had to remove 1 texas it was getting beat up bad by all of them. but after removing that one the tank is pretty calm now cept the normal protecting their own lil space and i guess you could call it a pecking order being from top to bottom #1 jag #2 pike #3 dovii #4 jack dempsy but again that is also biggest to smallest fish in the tank. right now they are at the point of out growing their tank so maybe that is why they are peacefull, i would have thought it would have caused more aggression.
 
I'd say Convict's too, because I've owned them with a red devil and a jack dempsey. They would beat the crap out of the jack dempsey..but only if they were a little larger, they will be the meanest. Now I own Africans!
