Which is the most aggressive SA/CA cichlid in your experience/opinion?

I gotta say, my Jack Demsey is the king of my tank. It was full of Convicts, Green Terrors, Fire Mouths, a pocasamous and a Very large gold fish named Luck. All that remains is the pocasamous and Lucky. The Jack got all the rest. He has taken many runs at Lucky, but I think due to his size and mellow nature, he has been allowed to remain.
IME Jack Dempsey. My Jack terrorized my O horribly until I moved him into his own 90 gallon. He doesn't bother the Convict or Firemouth in the 90g. He only shreds fish he sees as a thread and the O was bigger than him so he went on assault mode.
Ive kept a ton of cichlids and I have to say with the mass of an adult male dovii is only second to the P.bass, that's little to contest with. But my female red devil doesn't seem to care how big an opponent is, nomater the time, temp, or season she does not allow anything in her side of the tank. Soon as my hand or a net, or anything hits the water ages viscously attacking it. My wife pushed for me to go to the Dr. Over a bite from her once, actually tearing the skin. So my opinion isn't based on what could kill what or "win in a fight" but the civhlid I would least like to have an altercation with is females in general...especially with eggs involved
This is my first post. I would have to say with out any hesitation....the RED DEVIL. Mine just died 2 days ago after 12 YEARS! I had it when it was about 2" along with a black convict and a Jack Dempsey and some miscellaneous fish that have all be devoured over time. The Red Devil was alone in my tank for over 8 years and grew to 12 " long. It was healthy when it died but was just old. I now understand that a Red Devil cannot coexist with any other fish over time as it gets bigger. My next venture is a bigger tank with SA and CA cichlid without any Red Devil.
I think Dovi are so bad mamma jamma's. I have raised dovi from babies, and they are bad from the get-go. I have never seen a weak one. Dovi are just great all around cichlids.Stone Like Fish;192795;192795 said:
