Which is the most aggressive SA/CA cichlid in your experience/opinion?

umbee all the way dam fish killed my dovii and broke my glass tops he would hit them when i walked by the tank broke my heater and chewed up my sponge

if it was for size and every cichlids are the same size im gonna have to go with midas or red devil

I have owned 3 large glass bangers the Dovii, Umbee & Jag. The most aggressive from my experience is the UMBEE.

In my experience I'd have to say Doviis and Red Devils. Always aggressive in youtube videos lol

I would have to say the Dovi for what you are asking. There are other mean fish out there but given your question I would say the Dovi for sure. But that is just as far as legal fish go.

Ive had a lot of fish and the most aggressive has either been an 8 inch red devil, a convict firemouth pair or a jaguar. I would probably go for the red devil for its size and ability to control a tank.

If we are talking about aggression, there are several Americans that are brutally aggressive and it varies among individuals. If we are talking dominance, I have conducted this test for years. Pound for pound I have found the following to be the most dominant:
1. red devil/midas
2. Jaguar
3. dovii
4. umbee
5. Salvini
6. Carpintis
