i am getting a EBJD but i made sure they are strong genes in them..but yea if you get a weak genetic in the EBJD they arent gonna do all that good..but are more suitable for a 55G unless you get a female JD

A healthy adult male JD can be as impressive as any EBJD.

^that guys is nice (looks like a BGJD to me but whatever)but ive gotta say go with a pair of blueeees! i have three all from different parents since they were 1/3 inches and theyre all 3 1/2inches now. I guess it just depends on the luck of the specimen
 
EBJD im sorry ive never had one just up and die on me now i have had one that was deformed i paired him up with a female and sold them

FYI you wouldnt be able to tell if a dempsey was a Blue Gene JD by looking at it, that just means that it holds the recessive allele for the ebjd but it would not show it phenotypically (actual looks)
