Which jag do you like better?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
You must have a huge tank planned for the future. That's a lot of fish in the video. But they all look healthy. I still think the darker Jag looks better.

actually, i don't plan on upgrading in the near future. and i just got rid of the 2 dovii. what else should i get rid of? this is a 230 gallon 60" by 30" by 30" btw

I wasn't raining on your parade. I was just surprised to see so many fish together. I counted at least 20 fish excluding the two Dovii. Most of those fish will grow 10"-12" or larger. I didn't realize it was a 230. That's a nice sized tank. I won't tell you what to get rid of or even if you should. I think you'll have to solve that as time goes on. But like I said, they all look healthy. I just think you will run into some issues as the fish mature and grow larger. Enjoy your stock regardless.

oh, i wasn't getting offended haha. i was just asking for some input haha. my big midas runs the tank, i think it would be chaos in there if i removed the midas. but for now, there isn't much if at all any aggression in the tank, specially after i removed the pair of dovii. honestly, i think i could have left the pair of dovii in there and nothing bad would have happened because the midas is in there. i saw the dovii locking lips with my big jack dempsey one time and the midas just swam right through them and broke up the fight lol.

I figured you weren't offended. You're always good about asking for help and advice. I just didn't want to make you second guess your stock or think that I was trying to be a jerk. When I clicked on the link, I was just not expecting to see so many fish. You have definitely kept several cichlids that I haven't. So for that, I applaud you. The good thing about having a large tank like that is that if something doesn't work , you have plenty of space to make adjustments until you get a stock that does work together.

top ones stressed out bottom one is king of tank. I bet if u remove the bigger one the little one will show the same colors and markings or atleast be close. Number 2 looks best tho
