so there are all these different rubber sealant that people use on plywood tank. i can only find good info on wet suit but supposedly it also turns brown after a bit, i was wondering what other peoples experiences with zavlar, pond armor, and aquaguard. my tank is built and i am going to be ordering the rubber coating in the next two days any info will help on how these others bond with silicon and their durability.

I've seen another tank built with PondArmor but that turned brown as well. Are you trying to keep it black?

i built my 300 with liquid rubber, it turned brown grey, did not bond with silicone at all so did the epoxy bridge. the tank is still holding water 10 months latter i laid thin sheet acrylic on the bottom to make sure no large rocks pushed through it.
when i do my next build i'm going with liquid rubber and covering it with tile.

i am hoping to keep it black but if it changes color then i am not going to freak out about it i am really leaning toward the wetsuit because it has a good bond with the silicon.
