try onions they won't eat them You usually need to keep them in pots

Not really any fast growers that won't get shreadded.

Hornwort is a fast growing floater, but gets hammered. My anubias (3 varieties) don't get bothered to much, but are slow growers. Java Fern is the same, not a fast grower, but lives to see another day or two. The Vals I have are Loach food. I have yet to try the onions, but forsee them as loach and or pleco food.
