which live rock would you suggest

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
based on the photos (they are representative, the actual rock you get wont look like them)

i would go with the vividaquariums rock..

just an opinion from what i have just been shown

i would get the liveaquaria rock. Dr Foster and smith have some of the best LR out their beautiful stuff and more often than not it comes with a bunch of goodies

i'd say liveaquaria, thats were i got the majority of my lr and i already know they have good service...

personally I would go to your LFS which specializes in SW. That way you can see what you are getting without purchasing something blindly. You can also figure out what will work best with your tank rather than just assuming that something will go either here or there.

Ya, that's the downside with purchasing online, you don't know what your getting and your stuck with it. but i do know liveaquaria hand picks the stuff and has people find stuff that looks good together... but still that's not you...

At your lfs you can choose what you want and deside there.

only down side to lfs lr is that you are going to pay a little more approx 2-3 per pound more, i would just drop the cash to get it fron DR. F&S and hope they get you good rock like they get everybody else

Right... so you order from DRFS... pay for rock.... pay for shipping.... which by the way is per pound.... then you need to cure the rock... so after the initial order and payment, then the wait, then the wait again...
No thanks.
