Its impossible to pick one. If I couldnt only have one, it would probably be a Luteus.
Next few would probably be:
L095 - Orange Cheek Pinecone (I think I just tracked one down)
L025 - Scarlet Cactus
L024 - Red Finned Cactus (got one)
L114 - Leopard Cactus (got one)
L027 - Gold Line Royal
Cochliodon - Blue eye

L128 (Blue Phantom) is by far my favorite followed by the bristle nose plecos.
