I have pure BD's that have spots that aren't bright white. I've seen pups start bright white and turn off white and yellowish spots. I've seen them start yellowish and get bright white later on.
If the pure white spot is a criteria that really matters to you, and I understand that it does to many people, then buy the pure white one. I feel the brightest one has the most potential to stay bright.
I don't personally believe brightness of spots is a definite sign of purity. The BD in my current avatar is "pure" but I have other BD's that have "brighter" white spots. We all have different aesthetics that matter to us most. Some want eclipse, others TI, others bigger spots, some only care about the perimeter, and don't forget the belly spotting. There's always a compromise
buy what you like as you really can't go wrong if those are the options you are choosing from.

This is the female that i am goin to pair with that male. Shes about 35cm in diameter
Sometimes the darker, less bright white colored spots means they are going to eclipse or break up in the future. Especially if the darker or yellow is at the center of white spot. After this, the remaining spots may be white. I like them both I don't think you can go wrong with either choice.
Definitely #1 for me, because I really like it's bigger (just a little tbh) spots and eclipse. I love eclipse BDs with a few Ti spots.
