A month or so ago, I purchased a 50 foot python. I got it and the hose had a small hole in it. I told them about the situation and they sent me a 50 foot hose no questions asked. I didn't even have to send back the other 50 foot hose. The great thing is that because I got to keep the hose with the hole in it, I just plugged the hole with some silicone and I got a 100 foot python for the price of a 50 footer.
