which pellet is better for cichla?

I used to feed cichlid gold, bio gold+, food sticks, fd krill, and massivore.

Kinda got lazy and just feed food sticks (mainly cuz my arowana) and massivore. Haven't noticed a difference in growth or color.

I feed them Lionhead, Cichlids Gold and Carnivore(Hikari)
Try dried shrimps but they splash water all over my floor.
