Some of you may know that im getting a free Gold dust from WS They did mentioned that they get endlis often and i could wait for one. I really love endlis probably tied for my favorite with ornates but something tells me to go with the smaller growing gold dust until i upgrade the tank probably a 180 or 210 with a sump. Right now my largest tank is a 150 with the following pearsei, heterospilus, del, ornate, moke. All the polys are small 6 to 7 inches.

I do have a 75 that would work as the xonatus would destroy the poly. And a planted 30 gal with a l200, and raph cat (can rehome the paradise fish)

What do you guts think ? Main concern is bioload for the 150 right now im only doing 1 large wc per week and am planning on reducing feedings to either every other day or atleadt two fasting days. Nitrates get a smidge over 20ppm between wc's

Thoughts

Get the endli Man U will be fine for a good while my 14" endli I got when It was 1-2" a little over a year ago .... Cb endli don't grow as large or fast as wc ones do 150 is plenty big for awhile

I would say go with what you want. Everything seems fine if you were to get an endli. Your tank size is sufficient, WC/feeding is good. I would personally say go with the gold dust though. Endli are a lot more common, and if you hold out another year or so you can probably get a nice Black Volta when they come into season again in the spring. Then you'd be able to grow out a nicer WC endli. Just my opinion though. Like I've said before its your choice so it really only matters what you want, and if what you want is an endli then go for it.

I vote for the beutikofferi gold dust. The ones I've seen are absolutely beautiful. I'm at the wet spot from time to time. It seems most of the uber small endl are always tank raised and appears to have some undesired issues, i.e. faint or unusual patterns, or the bug eyes look associated with captive breds.

So, I'm on team gold dust! Good luck with your next poly.

thanks guys im gonna go with the gold dust good points from dr.b and Vancouver, now seems like the gd is available and may not be in the future, plus may be worth the wait for a really desired endli that doesnt have the issues cb ones may have....

Very jeleous you live near wetspot....my favirote vendor to deal with
