Which stock do u like better?

Why not avoid the issue and stock your tank appropriately, instead of waiting for inevitable. I'm not even going to bother offering my advice since you rejected the other member's opinions. Also, you said your old wolf fish was killed by your jag... guess you haven't learned from your past experiences.

the previous wolf was killed due to te fact that i was cleaning the tank so the fish had no where to hide. It was a mistake on my part. I'm trying to get my favorite fish to live together. No harm will come to any fish

what fish would be ok in the 150

The wolf fish solo, maybe some fast moving tankmates

or

the jag pair

or

the loiselli with other cichlids

They will be fine i think. Not having any problems yet
That's because they are still young and small. If they make it to adult size their behaviors will definitely change. Man, I'm on your side. I want you to keep these cool fish but you need several large tanks to keep the stock that you are constantly getting. You like large growing aggressive cichlids and they like their space. Some want a lot more than others even if they don't need it. I just don't see you keeping more than two of your current stock in the 55 or 150 without facing a lot of problems.
