Is this a green Pearlscale from Mexico or a blue Rio Grande from Texas?

bought a few of them and the store said it was a Carpintis, and I've read about the differences between the two, but I'm still not sure? I went to another store that has both and I can't tell the difference. Maybe they are all Cyano/Carp hybrids?
