hi everyone - Hikari gold - hikari bio gold- NSL -Northfin tropical food sticks or Northfin jumps sinking pellets which is the best to feed red devil cichlid and why ? Thanks

NLS IMO. Slightly better ingredients than hikari

NLS, IMO a LOT better ingredients than Hikari. (the latter uses corn flakes, soybean meal, dried bakery goods, mystery starches, etc) Personally I can no longer vouch for Northfin due to their *preservative free* disclaimer, that thus far has been proven to be a false claim.
