which to keep..Dovii or Umbee?

I've kept both and have a 16 inch umbee right now and honestly I'd take a dovii over an umbee any day cause I love the aggression but I definitely still love my umbee they are both beasts of fish when older but the dovii is just more aggressive

Just more aggressive? i dont know if aggressive means glass banger than yes maybe but if it means more violent to tank mates its a toss up.
I have to disagree with the toss up my old dovii would instantly and I mean as soon as the fish hit the water try to kill it as quick as possible no matter how big or small it was where as my umbee I have now isn't even close to that I wanted to test his aggression towards other fish so I caught a perch when I was fishing and brought it home and dropped him in the tank with my umbee and he would swim behind it for a little then ignore it then slowly swim behind it and if he got it to a corner he would just barely brush it with his mouth open the perch was still alive after an hour and a half so I brought him back to the pond and let him go the perch was 6 to 7 inches and my umbee is 16 inches needless to say if I did that with my dovii that fish would have been dead in 2 to 3 minutes hands down plus with my dovii I couldn't stick my hand In the tank my dovii would instantly hit anything that touched the waters surface he tolerated nothing wether it was food or your hand he didn't care where as my umbee will glass bang and act all mean but as soon as I put my hand in the tank to clean it he goes to the other end and doesn't move till I'm done I've owned quite a few dovii in my days but just 2 umbees one previous one and the umbee I currently have now and I must say for me there is no toss up a doviis aggression can't be compared to and umbee I know if I stuck a 16 inch male dovii with my 16 inch male umbee my umbee would get torn to shreds IMO nothing compares to what a dovii is capable of
