Well the tank ATM is sufficient for the fish, but the mix is wrong, the arowanas is yoy and needs its own tank till it grows to a certain size.
The fh is stressed due to the new tank, give it time, it will get used to the tank.
But the arowana has to go.

The fh will never get used to an uncycled tank and its also stressed that there is a top water predator above it at all times. Both fish will outgrow a 55 gallon.
