I ordered direct from CA. You have the option of ordering through the local retailer. In that case the tank will be shipped to them and they will bring it to you. Or you can have it shipped direct from CA and have the local retailer handle your tank after it arrives. There's no difference really EXCEPT shipping can be less. CA will honestly tell you which shipping method would be less. I went with option 2, having CA ship to my garage and then having the retailer move the tank. Saved me $150 in shipping cost. You will have to pay the retailer a separate fee for handling your tank. In my case it was 4 men moving the tank @$500. Worth it, really. If they drop or break it you get another tank free. I provided the suction cups. Got them off of Ebay at reduced price. Just make sure you get the heavy duty ones.
