there is a actually a bunch of freshwater rays in asia. they come in different sizes (not just the giant mekong ray).
i guess they are just not popular or maybe dont ship well. who knows.

There are some pics of the marbles! Such an awesome ray. They are rarely available. I saw them on a list about 2 times in 12 years. I think the Asian rays are not available as often because they are rarely collected. I'm not sure if they can't be collected by law or they are not easily accessible to collectors. The Asian fish trade is huge, you would think they would be available like South American rays.
