white bait vs silversides

you can get whitebait at any fishmarket.. im not sure about the nutritional value but ive been using them for a while and my fish have shown good growth from them..
how big is your pbass? if there still youn you may want to cut up the whitebait into smaller pieces, my pbass loves them aswell.
