If you think its columnaris, I've had good luck with Polyguard.

Started polyguard yesterday - today was the first time in a while I’ve had a good feeding response from the Dempsey (he didn’t eat too much, but something’s better than nothing).

A week and a half into Polyguard treatment and I’m happy to report a full recovery for all fish.
Jack has his appetite back and is starting to fatten up again.
I’m amazed I hadn’t heard of this med before - it works great!
