Not sure what you mean by "white lights". Hagan powerglows are good for enhancing colors in silver and black aros.

What do you mean by "white light"? High Output? The lights they use on planted and reef tanks?

All freshwater aquaria lights give off white color, it's what we as humans perceive it as. Some are however, tinted when compared to others. It's classified in heat ranges (8,000K, 10,000K, etc.). The hotter the rating, the more "purple" the bulb will be. If you want the least altered lighting, i would suggest asking a LFS for a bulb that is used for growing plants, I find those to be the "whitest".
