White line on pectoral fin

I agree that this is a non pathogenic issue and is mostly some fin damage caused buy a little over enthusiasum. The ammonia spike is probibly from removing too much BB from the tank as you discribed above. The BB should reestablish itself pretty quickly but the addition of salt will mitagate any toxic effects of ammonia and nitrites while it regenerates. The addition of Seachem Stability will also speed it up. With a Ph of 8.2 ammonia and nitritates will be far more irratating so this could be partially cotributing to what you are seeing. In short the fish looks to be in good general overall health, get the water strightened out and it will be fine.
