Wow! Such a sweet Midas! I found that my old Midas prefered open water and never took shelter. So I personally don't think that he would need the pots.

I would just go with the single pot that is on top. If the midas don't use it to hide in the I wuld ditch the pot and get a big piece of driftwood.

What is the other fish that is in there?

+1 on the bandwagon w/ just 1 pot and giving him more swimming space. But yea as people mentioned...a piece of driftwood would look bada$$
