Lower the temp gradually to 80 and increase the amount of salt to a tbls per 5 gals. try that for a couple of days and see how that helps. It wouln't hurt to have the other meds on hand either incase you need them.

ok, its been 4 days with a cocktail fo melafix, salt and heat( 5 teaspoon per gallon, and 90F). Did some water change yesterday morning. seem like it did not improve so i ll try lower the temp today.Should i stop melafix and just have salt? Any other med i should put in? I live in the delaware valley and all the chain pets store here suck, their supply is very limited. And it seem like i get more white worms clinging to the glass, how do i get rid of them, i know some1 suggest tiger barb but believe me tiger barb will last about 5 second in the tank before it become lunch.

If I was in your situation then I would keep the water pristine and try a broad spectrum treatment, I have had a lot of success with eSHa 2000 but not sure if you can get it where you are?

Do not worry yourself with those worms. They are Planaria worms and the result of excessive organic material in the tank, due to excessive feeding.

They are the least of your worries now..
