White Spot Disease Help

Hello

My Silver Dollar has a few White spots i have noticed i think it might be the white spot disease but unsure if so does anyone know the Best and Fastest soloution too help the big guy out?

In the tank are 5 Extra Large silver dollars and 2 small tiger oscars

i dont know wat to do im scared

I just read the cure about raising temp and adding salt...
I dont understand wont Fresh water fish die from salt?
ill try that method tommorrow but very very nervous

and my silver dollars are breeding thats another reason im soooo scared i love them they are between 16-20cm long by8-10cm in height

Salt will not kill fish on short term basis. Do treatment for 10-14 days minimum. Dissolve before adding and treat at a tablespoon per 5g.
