White spot disease pls help me

My 2 baby oscars now suddenly have white spots all over body after a night what should I do pls help guys
I couldn't get pics becoz the are not coming in front but believe they have white spots all over body
Pls help me

Treat with seachem paragaurd. Since there are plants. If no meds then salt and heat. Add 3 tsp per g and increase temp to 86. Add salt. 1/2 now and other half in 6 hrs just so not dumping all at once. Keep like this about week after the last spot has disappeared. Replace salt with any water changes removed. So if 100g tank and 50% removed. Then add 3tsp per g for 50g back to the tank. Keep nitrates below 20ppm. The plants will die with the salt but they can be replaced.

Dude I also have some other fishes in tank will the be ok while the process

Seachem Paraguard is fine for the other fish’s. Has to be dosed everyday and after a water change, you should’ve dose Paraguard until about 3 hours later.

it won't help . this is the fake version of the actual RIDALL anti-ich ( cost of fake is rs 20-30 , actual costs rs 150 ) . this has nothing but colour and water. if you are from India which i suppose you are , get AQUATIC REMEDIES anti white spot formula , get sendha namak and dose it along with higher temperature 28-30 C .
don't dose the normal salt that we eat as it has iodine .

its fake . some contain high amount of chemicals that harm more than good , some just contain water and blue colour . . all such bottles are fake locally packed to cheat people . blue red green yellow bottles all are fake
