A few days ago I noticed a whitish spot on my parrot’s eye. It looks almost like a cataract. Probably something bacterial, just curious what you guys think?

An injury that turned the lens white. Just keep an "eye" on it to see if gets larger over the next 3 weeks. If it gets larger then treat it with antibiotics. It may not completely go away if it is an injury.

Will do. He has been facing off with the Leporinus (who loves targeting eyes) so that would make sense that an injury would happen at some point.

I had a catfish lose an eye that way once I still don’t know what kind of catfish it was but it died a few months ago from the cichlids bullying it but here’s a picture of what that catfish looked like 1F201579-5993-46C2-8BB3-461D91CE8C19.jpeg

Can’t help you on species (sorry I suck at cats), but I have seen that too.
Lep gave a gt popeye and it lost it afterwards. I’ll keep my eye out for any changes.

That’s exactly what happened to that catfish I had a big male fire mouth that was extremely aggressive and it gave it popeye so I put the cat into a 20g tank by itself and a week later it passed if I were you I’d keep an eye on the Leps aggressiveness and if it keeps messing with the parrot then I’d try moving one or the other to another tank if possible or to to find a way to manage aggressive in the tank
