I've had my fish looking like this for 4 weeks now, he lives with a bgk in a 220ltr. Temp is 24 I got told to raise it from 22 that it was on. I got some treatment and I asked if it would harm the knife and it certainly has he's really weak but still moving about the tank.. even though he looks drunk. I've only treated it twice the fire mouth is seems to be improving but they're still there. Any advice would be amazing

raise the temp to 32 or 33 celc, 22 is only 71 deg, you need 89 or so to remove kill off ick. leave it there for 2 weeks after you do not see them anymore, with the knife i do not suggest any kind of meds or salts. The higher heat should take care just fine, and will not hurt the fish.

I agree, esp if you are not running any kind of a HoB,
