White spots on bamboo shrimp

I just purchased a bamboo shrimp a couple days ago but noticed today a few white spots on him. Is this normal or does he need treatment for something? He has been eating fine since I got him and seems to be acting normal.

Here's a photo of one side but he wouldn't move for the other side.

Would watch for now. Seen prior shrimp with this and would go away with the next molt.

My bamboo shrimp didn't make it. I thought he was trying to Molly with the way he was acting but he just stopped moving altogether. Maybe he had trouble melting?
