White spots on pearl plz help

I can't see anything but that gravel just looks wrong

Wondered how long it would be before someone mentioned the gravel!

Nothing wrong with the rays, these smudged white dots come and go, much easier to see on black rays, something must trigger it but it doesn't appear harmful.
