White stuff (not Ich)

Oh okay, then it's just the ammonia. Your nitrate levels are fine. I try to keep nitrate under 20, but you're always going to have some. Since you have ammonia and no nitrite, I think that whatever happened to your biological filter must have happened recently. Can you think of anything that may have caused this?

I think it could be over feeding, I feed them like 3 times a day I guess I'll cut it to 3 times a day a a little less on the amount

how many times should I feed them?

Considering your severums are already on adult stage, once a day feeding should be sufficient enough. If they were still young, it would be an entirely different situation however even 3 times a day feeding of adults is okay if you are quite consistent with your maintenance otherwise I'd simply cut back on feeding if you cannot cope with the maintenance because of rapidly deteriorating water conditions.

Justonemoretank is right. I suspected bacterial infection but we need to realize bacterial infections are very common and bacteria responsible for columnaris and septicemia will always be present around. Clean water is your best defense. If after a week the fish does not improve, antibiotics may be considered but I would not go over it for now.

but I have a small notatus that is about 2.5"

my other fish are (2) Uaru sp. Orange 5"
(1) Super red severum 5"
and also the large severum as well

Can you target-feed him? With feeding tongs or a turkey baster, depending on what he eats?

use melifix and do a water change the next day. It will go away!

Ok so I changed more then half of the water in the tank and now the fish are doing great I guess I'll be doing this twics a week now

I'm glad everyone is looking better. As Lupin said, just keep an eye on it. If you feel it would help, you can take a photo of the affected area every couple of days so that you can compare the area and make sure it's not getting worse. Sometimes, when you look at a fish all day, it starts to get difficult to tell! If you do think it's getting worse, it would be the time to medicate in a QT tank, but hopefully, the fish will fight it off for himself. They're remarkable in what they can do if we do our part to provide the best conditions.

Also, did you happen to see my suggestion about somehow getting more food to your little guys without the big guys eating so much? I'm not sure what you feed, so it might not be possible, but it would help preserve water quality, for sure, while still letting the little guys get plenty to eat.
