white stuff on my fishs nose?

Okay there is some white stuff on my red parrot fish's nose. Im not really sure how to describe it but it is white and it is right above his mouth and lip. it dosnt really raise off his skin either mabye just a little bit. Is it ich or some kind of parisite?? Im really worried because i just bought him and i didnt quarintine him before i put him in my tank, because i dont have another tank D: D: D:
Does anyone know what it is? Thanks!

Also my red parrot fish is biting my texas cichlids mouth they both bite at the same time. if you could explain what there doing that would be great... sorry for so many questions!
