White Sturgeon

Anyone keeping white Sturgeon? I just picked up 4 all about 6 inches. What are you feeding them?

I never kept them but I know pond stores sell special surgeon food.

Please tell me more. I have been thinking for years about keeping a group of three.

I picked up 4 , all around 6 inches. Right now their in a 300 gallon holding tank with a homemade Filter (600 GPH ) from an old Sump tank, 1100 GPH Oxygen Infusior and a 5 ft. Spray bar. Then they will go in an outdoor koi pond ( 1500 G.). I'm giving 1 to a friend for his koi pond ( 3000 G.) After that, they will go in a man made, 2 acre pond. Eating sinking pellots and Blood worms. Does anyone else keep these up in the Eastern States? I'm trying to get an accurate account for their upper and lower temp. Conditions.

Are you guys talking about Acipenser transmontanus? Those things get well over 12 feet
